Joshua Barney House Restoration

Limited repair/restoration of fire damaged roof and sections of circa. 1810 former residence of War of 1812 naval hero located in Savage, Maryland. Additional work on two and a half story brick structure, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, also included restoration of original entry hall and stairs, and insertion of a new bathroom within the existing historic fabric. Mr. Lees worked closely with the Maryland Historic Trust, which holds an easement on this property.
